I have a great idea which will solve the Obama administration's problem with housing enemy combatants without risking additional problems for America. Why don't we build a special prison in a special place---the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo, for example-- and we can make it a thoroughly modern and secure facility, the envy of all the world?
What? What? You mean there already is the perfect place for Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and people like Christmas Bomber Abdul Mutallab?
Well then why?...why?....why then are we?....
