So now we learn from Democratic Senator Majority leader that Barack Obama doesn’t speak with a “negro dialect” unless he wants to. But didn’t VP Joe Biden already tell us that the President was “clean,” articulate and educated? Who knew?
There’s some good could come of this in that Democrats should honestly acknowledge that they engage in race-baiting particularly at election time when they depict themselves the champions of ethnic minorities and their Republican opponents as closet racists. If any party has kept its ignorant cultural biases hidden, it’s the image conscious Democrats who cannot be honest about their bigotry and must project it onto others in order to expiate it.
But Harry apologized so it doesn't matter...
