Barletta Vs. Kanjorski in Pennsylvania House Race

I'm rather disappointed that the national media hasn't picked up on this race. I guess Pennsylvania is not sexy enough. But this race has drama. Barletta nearly defeated Kanjorksi in his second contest against the 12 time Representative. Could the third time be the charm?

It should be. Kanjorski has been in office so long he's growing fur and looking more like a werewolf every time he appears on MSNBC--which is often. The mainstream media has been given its marching orders--help Kanjorski.

There's nothing new about that, though, is there? I'm kind of disappointed that the conservative media hasn't taken up Barletta's cause either. Barletta is an originator, a small town mayor with balls enough to make national headlines when it wasn't so popular to point out there was an ILLEGAL immigrant problem.

That's hardly Lou Barletta's only issue, however. Unemployment is a huge problema and that's because the blue state mandarins prefer welfare and government largesse to job creation. Pennsylvania is hostile to business. Kanjorski pours tons of money into his hometown, and has granted millions of federal dollars to family members, but no one seems to get it.

We're so accustomed to corruption in office that we yawn when a politician is only guilty of nepotism. In much of Pennsylvania, nepotism is the reigning social philosophy.

Barletta does have strong support from conservative groups. He has sincere and simple political ads playing on TV-- as opposed to Kanjorski's old-style smear campaign.

Kanjorki's ads are not ashamed of telling lies, telling them long and often. One example is when he accuses Barletta of "Social Security Privatization." That's Kanjorski imitating Ahmadinajead's canards before the United Nations.

Didn't Obama's health care "reform" bill cut $500 billion from Medicare? That's a fact. Kanjorski isn't much troubled with facts. He was a strong voice for ObamaCare....and for bank bailouts...and car company bailouts...and union welfare...and whatever else will keep him in a job to which he feels he has a lifelong right of entitlement.

Pelosi Can't "Drain the Swamp"--She is the Swamp

This information is old news but it hasn't been mentioned lately and it shouldn't be forgotten:

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home district includes San Francisco . StarKist Tuna's headquarters are in San Francisco , Pelosi's home district. StarKist is owned by Del Monte Foods and is a major contributor to Pelosi. StarKist is the major employer in American Samoa employing 75% of the Samoan work force. Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, owned $17 million dollars of StarKist stock.

In January, 2007 when the minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25,
Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage. This would make Del Monte products less expensive than that of its competitors. Pelosi was protecting her own pile of money, her first concern as an a member of the California moneyed Democrat elite.

When the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added an earmark to the final bill adding $33 million dollars for an "economic development credit in American Samoa."

Anwar Awlaki Death Threats Against South Park Cartoonists Et Al

In this cracked up world, Osama wanna-be Anwar Awlaki can send out death threats to American cartoonists of South Park and hardly a peep is heard. But left-wing advocacy groups and other whiners complain that Awlaki is being targeted by military forces.

If there’s anybody begging to be clipped, it’s Awlaki. I hope they get him soon. But we need to spread the word as the Islamist extremist try to suppress civil and constitutional rights in democracies.

It’s way past time to Fight Back!

A Day of Protests - Slide Show - NYTimes.com

A Day of Protests - Slide Show - NYTimes.comThe New York Times photographers took some interesting photos of yesterday's protests at the United Nations. I like the ones about Iran.... numbers 1 and 2....and the one demonstrating against the number of political dissenters hanged by the Iran regime....

Stocks Rise on Prospect of Republican Takeover

Funny that the only optimism coming from Wall Street these days is the prospect of the Republicans taking over the HOuse and making big gains in the Senate. The Democrats know this and are spending a great deal of money for ads countering this dynamic.

Democrat Party ads nearly ALWAYS mention Republicans are the "party of Wall Street," a boring canard which has been obediently chanted by Democrats in every election since the days of the Robber Barons.

Obama took more money from Wall Street than anyone ever did. His political coffers were filled by liberal millionaires and supporters like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett. Obama bailed out the banks, the insurance companies, and Wall Street firms, picking and choosing which ones would thrive and which ones would fail to survive.

No matter what Obama did, no matter how much stimulus, stocks fell, unemployment rose, and people lost confidence. The only thing that's brought the market up in the last week or so has been the mantra that the Democrats will lose and Republicans will be able to stop the hemmorhaging of money which has resulted in a 14 trillion dollar deficit.

Obama is not really Obama, but no one seems to know who he is. Nancy Pelosi's broom seems to have run out of fuel, and Harry Reid is probably secretly cheering for himself to lose so that he can get out of an increasingly embarrassing position.

Meanwhile, those parachutes which you see in the daytime sky are those of Obama's economic advisors--all taking a powder--Summers, Orzag, Roemer...and then some!

Iran's Dictator A-jad Stinks Up the United Nations

Massive protests marked the appearance of Iran's psychopath Ahmadinajead at the United Nations. Thousands of people showed up to denounce I-jad as the killer, holocaust denier, and 9-11 conspirator that he is. But then again, A-jad is just the sort of person you expect to see while strolling in the more tawdry areas of New York--sniveling, cowardly, and furtive as a rat.

The Obama surrender monkeys are shaming America with their egregious insistence on "reaching out" diplomacy. This has provided many occasions for A-jad to insult the civilized world. A-jads thugs are busy right now making nuclear weapons with which they continue to terrorize the world. Considering how many people his thugs murdered during the recent Iranian demonstrations, ultimately suppressing the opposition, A-jad is certainly not the legitimate leader of Iran. But then again, Obama is only continuing the policies of his most shameful predecessors--Jimmy Carter. It was Carter who approved the overthrow of Western Civilization in Iran, and for thanks Carter got the Iranian hostage crisis where Americans were held for umpteen days in blindfolds and paraded in front of TV cameras in a scene that was reminiscent of the Dark Ages.

I"m of two minds when it comes to the location of the United Nations. Mostly, I feel that the United States should cease its support and kick the U.N. to the curb. This is a fanciful notion, I realize, and the realistic part of me acknowledges some vague and idealistic but as yet unrealized purpose in the U.N location in New York City.

Most of the time, though, it seems that the U.N's chief purpose is to denounce Israel and the United States. If we cannot entirely abandon participation in the United Nations, can't we at least put it on a floating barge and put it out to sea?

Progessive Website Peddles Wireless Phone Service

I'm always complaining about the cost of our ATT wireless phone bill but I feel a little better about it now that ATT is being attacked by a "progressive" web site hawking a phone sell competitor named CREDO. The Website I'm referring to is call Alter Nut, or something like that.

So Alter Nut is saying that ATT is the top contributor to the House Tea Party Caucus. That's good with me. Anyone who helps to get rid of Obama and his plutocrat sychophants deserves my support. I'm glad they're giving some of my customer money to a group that promotes independent common sense candidates who are not part of the arrogant presumptuous self-serving entrenched elite who are screwing this country to the wall.

I still think my ATT wireless bill is too high, but now I feel better about it. Plus, the service rarely drops my calls.

Delaware Tea Party Win Rattles Democrats and Republicans As catastrophic weather events often defy our attempts at limiting damage, so is the Tea Party phenomenon a wave which dashes upon all shores. At this late date, a better question to ask might be: “Why are these Tea Party candidates winning?”

The short answer is voter anger. While politicians fiddle, working and unemployed Americans feel they are being pushed into hell in a hand basket. Cap-and-trade, runaway stimulus, Obamacare, and the entrenched entitlement arrogance of a privileged political class have caused an outbreak of popular resistance that hasn’t been seen for a long time.

Top Ranked News: September 7, 2010

I don’t know how many days we are into the Obama administration. Too many. As much as I think Obama’s vying with Jimmy Carter for the title of America’s Worst President, I don’t blame the brother for trying to get over. What I can’t get over is that the U.S. is full of so many idiots, with the most idiots being the chumps who voted for Obama.

African-Americans have a bit of an excuse, though their vote was equally stupid. Having an African-American president may brighten the eyes of little black children, but that’s the limit of it. The black vote was blind to everything except color. Not to say there weren’t any qualified black candidates, but Obama was the worst one anyone could have selected. I was thinking Colin Powell who, inexplicably, supported Obama. At least Powell worked his way up from Bronx. No one doubts his patriotism or service to America.

Obama’s a wuss,. Some have called him an “Erkle” but that’s not doing justice to Erkle. I’d rather have Erkle as president than Obama.

Anyway, now comes Obama’s New Stimulus Plan for 50 billion. Too late, Obama—that’s putting lipstick on a pig (your own misogynistic expression re Sarah). Obama’s relying on the famous American tendency of people to forget yesterday.
Obama killed America’s economy with his near trillion dollars stimulus plan. Unemployment got worse. They come up with some jive-ass shit about “saving jobs.” Listen, no one gives a shit about “saved jobs” except Joe Biden and the other people who tripped and fell on Obama’s dick.

I’m counting the problems Obama has made worse:

A foreign policy of appeasement has got America marching backwards and apologizing for existing. He kisses Russian ass as the Russians screw us regarding Iran. Foreign policy weakness and lack of vision lead to War with Iran.
Fancy Man Obama favors “Beer Summits” to rational law enforcement and is so clueless he makes impassioned pleas on behalf of Ground Zero Mosque Nazis. Pinbrain Eric Holder wants to try KSM in New York—what an A-hole!

Obama and Holder, the Gay Twin Demons of Failed Law Enforcement, spend even more money suing Sheriff Joe Arpiao, the Governor of Arizona, and Arizona itself.

Obama dishes it out as if he's entitled but he can't take it. Now comes Obama’s latest whining plaint that “people treat me like a dog.” Oh, puhleeeeeze! It’s about time the president stopped acting like a little bitch and grew up. That’s the kind of crap you hear in the 8th grade (not even). President Bush was slimed beyond belief and you never heard so much as a grunt or groan of complaint coming from him. The liberal left said disgusting things about him, whereas all the media, including the conservative media, has been overly deferential to Obama.

It’s as if the president has regressed instead of learned how to be president. I mean, we knew he had no experience, no clue, no leadership ability. We elected him because a bunch of guilty liberals launched into paroxysms of 60s nostalgia.

How Barack Obama Became Mr. Unpopular - Yahoo! News

How Barack Obama Became Mr. Unpopular - Yahoo! NewsHere's a refreshing article. It's big news when the MSM notices that a growing number of Obama voters are EXTREMELY disappointed with the guy they voted for.

Still, I wonder how they bought into the entire hype in the first place. This is TIME magazine, fer chrissake'!

Here We Go Again With Mideast Peace Dance: Obama's Turn

The Obama Mideast Dog and Pony Show is happening today. I feel sorry for the Israelis, having to go through the motions yet one more time. Sheikh Obama has stuck his butt as far out in the direction of the Muslim countries as anyone possibly could, and the only democracy in the Middle East must endure it all and then "come to the table" every time an American politician wishes to take media center stage to impress their left wing internationalist friends.

Enter Hamas, guns blazing away at Jewish pregnant women and Israeli civilians driving down the road. Hamas executed four Israeli civilians in cold blood. What idiot couldn't set up a roadside ambush to kill pregnant women and civilians. The Hamas gunners shot up the car and killed the backseat passengers in the first barrage, but they had to go up close to kill the people in the front seat.

These people are not condemned by Daisy and Imam Rauf, who wish to build a mosque at Ground Zero to commemorate an Al Qaeda slaughter of civilians. But that's not to stray from the subject, the subject being the absurdity of Obama's "Peace Talks." The peace talks are with Abbas, Great Fartah Leader, who only represents one armed gang with very limited control and authority over what happens in the West Bank and Gaza.

You remember, Gaza, don't you? HOw's that workin' out fer ya'? Gaza is just another launching pad for the Muslim Brotherhood.

So what can we expect from this charade? Certainly, Sheikh Obama will need to present the narrative that there has been some "progress." You will hear praise from Olbermann, Maddow, and Matthews and others of the MSNBC Taliban. Inevitably, the Israelis will be shown as stubborn and recalcitrant, frustrating any peace efforts.

But just remember the last time, when Jews trusted that the civilized world would not permit such atrocities as those that occurred at hundreds of concentration camps and Jewish ghettoes. Many Jews, at that time, were trusting and helpful--not realizing the world cared so little about them.

Taking a soft line with Hamas and Hizbollah, "reaching out" to the "Palestinians," describing Israel as an "occupier"...those things are reminiscent of Lord Chamberlain.

Who on the Palestinian side can stop the terror attacks? Who on the Palestinian side can outlaw political-religious psychotics like those who murdered four civilians a few days ago? The question meets with silence.

So there is no "peace partner." Abbas wants power. Hamas and similar nazi groups want to destroy Israel and murder all Israelis. Sheikh Obama wants to prop up his political profile.

Cynical? Not by the long shot. The first step in the peace process is to call a spade a spade, something that has yet to be done.

Iran Shows Off Unmanned, Long-Range Bomber | News | English

Iran Shows Off Unmanned, Long-Range Bomber | News | EnglishIf you're wondering how Obama's policies of "engagement" were working out, you might like to read this article. The first step Obama takes in any "decision" is to put off the decision by at least a year, giving Nazi spawn like Ahmadinajad much time to threaten, menace, degrade, and insult people around the world, especially Israelis and Americans.

How long did "sanctions" take? About a year and a half--after negative results from Obama's "engagement" policies. Another Obama "engagement" policy concerned Russia, a country which successfully pressured Obama to keep missiles out of Eastern Europe. And what did the U. S. get from Russia in return? Zilch--unless you think "engagement" means a bunch of weak sanctions and Russian involvment in the Iranian nuclear industry.

Obama should decline to run for a second term. Actually, he should abdicate on his first term. Maybe Leon Panetta could take over--he's not as bad as I first imagined. At least he has the nuts to stand up to Obama.

Was the purpose of putting the issued to referendum just to insult the majority of people who pay the taxes around here? I'm even more shocked that the bond relies on gambling revenues, especially in this collapsed economy.

What kind of bond rating will it get? Triple DDD? That might be okay if it were bra size but, as financing goes, it's completely irresponsible, reckless, and deceptive. It's very easy for these people, who won't condescend to live in shabby Monroe County, to put the tax hooks into us.

Taliban Claims Great MIlitary Victory in Doctor Slaughter

That's about all you can say, but let's not pretend there are two sides to the Taliban/Al Qaeda story.

Did WikiLeaks Participate in Theft of Classified Documents?

The WikiLeaks Worms were given an excellent opportunity to get away with murder by a Defense Department which asked for their cooperation in not releasing further documents. The WikiLeaks reponse, predictably, is to release more documents. Not surprising. WikiLeaks presents itself as the noble messengers of public information but Julian Assange and his cohorts are anti-West, and stand firmly behind anti-west terrorist groups around the world.

The releases thus far have served as a blueprint for Taliban and Al Qaeda to mark coalition troops and cooperative Afghanis for death.

Under the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. cannot prosecute WikiLeaks or Julian Assange for publishing the information. What it can and should do, however, is determine whether and/or to what degree Wikileaks contributed to the theft of classified information. Theft of classified information IS illegal and can be prosecuted, so if the WikiLeaks worm squad actively aided obtaining the classified materials, they can and should be prosecuted.
Force protection is of utmost importance, and we need also to protect the Afghanis who were compromised by release of the classified documents.

Obama Touts Ford Hiring as Proof of Successful Economic Policies

President Obama is touring a new Ford assembly plant today to tout the hiring of an additional 1200 workers. Don’t count on the President mentioning that Ford is able to increase its market share and hire the 1200 workers on its own dime. GM and Chrysler are owned by us, i.e., Government Motors, while Ford still did things the old-fashioned way—independently of government.

Meanwhile, Chrysler and GM are still struggling to rise out of bankruptcy and both have yet to go public—errrr… private. After the taxpayer sponsored bailouts and bankruptcies, the outlook for a GM IPO is weak.

So, Mr. Obama… Will you now tell us how it was your 787 billion dollar stimulus plan which resulted in the hiring of 1200 new Ford workers?

President Oblama is supposed to be giving an address today which will emphasize the "success" of the UAW and GMAC, and GM bailouts but it's not likely to include real numbers. Obama's Post Racial Reverse Strategy -- An SOS to Latinos and African-Americans

I don't want to get into the reasons why but I get a kick out of Dick Morris, the political analyst who used to work for the Clintons. Morris is not always right but he's close to the mark when it comes to interpreting the real political currents. I read his recent newsletter about the latest turn in the Obama political strategy for the 2010 elections.

As you know, the Democrats are busy, busy, busy trying to assess how many seats they'll lose and how they can buttress Obama's sagging popularity on all sides of the political process. It's pretty obvious the president has kicked the"post-racial" image he fronted during the 2008 election to the curb in the hope of stirring blacks and Latinos into voting for Democrats and, by extension, the President's failed economic policies. It's a weird strategy, to be sure, because those groups are as hard hit as any. What's more, the ideological extremism of Al Sharpton, the New Black Panther Party, and even the NAACP with its stupid condemnation of the non-aligned Tea Party crowd is alienating moderate Democrats and Independents, and conservative African-Americans.

Dick Morris explains that Obama in 2008 received the same amount of the white vote as did John Kerry in the 2004 elections. Okay, we're post racial. But now it turns out that Obama really, really, really, really needs minority voters, really, really, really badly. So suddenly we're not "post-racial" or we're "post-post-racial" or we're "reverse-racial" and must trot out the divisive rhetoric Obama eschewed in earlier editions.

Morris thinks that Obama's management thinks that this will make up for the difference in the loss of independent voters, but it is a mistake to think that all African-Americans are Obama supporters. And Latinos feel let down by the administration, says Morris.

Next you expect Reverend Wright to pop out of the curtains to join Farrakhan and Sharpton and Shabazz and NAACP and the mental midget who said it was time to kill "white babies." I'm not happy with this deteriorating state of race relations which arises from the desperation of Obama's failed administration.

Sheila Jackson Reveals the True Story of Vietnam

Join the Democrats, the vastly superior intellectual elite which wishes to tell America how it should live. Here, the brilliant Texas Representative tells the true story of North and South Vietnam, complete with happy ending. The two Vietnams live together in peace and harmony, says Rep. Jackson, and America could have achieved that end much sooner had only it understood the lesson of Vietnam, as Democrats tell it. Kumbaya!

Maybe she could get Joe Biden to believe there are still two Vietnams but he's about the only J. Remember....Biden's plan was to beat a quick withdrawal in Iraq and split the country into three separate countries consisting of Shiite, Sunni, and Kurds respectively....

But hey, Vietnam history could use a little dumbing down. Those test scores would rise accordingly.

Bill Clinton’s Much Needed Centrist – Pragmatist Image

You can tell Democrats are worried about Barack Obama’s slumping popularity because they’re trotting out the party mainstays. Bill Clinton is suddenly back in style, after those accusations of racism leveled against him during his wife’s primary campaign. Say, what ever happened to that Hillary woman, anyway?

Now it seems that the Obama administration is trading on perceptions of Bill Clinton as a centrist or pragmatist—take your pick. At least, we can be satisfied that there are a few Democrats left who recognize how far to the extreme the Democrats have become, necessitating such desperate actions. With Obama supporters like the NBPP and the NAACP and the Al Sharptons running around, it’s getting hard to find Democrat moderates to get out there in front of Obama’s “progressive” and highly abstracted socio-philosophical wanderings.

After standing on the oil-slick shores of Louisiana and beckoning money-spending tourists to “come on down,” Obama heads north to Maine with his family for vacation. Nice clean beaches up there in Maine, but it looks a little detached, don’t you think? Especially when many of the beaches in the South are also clean. Just think how much money the presidential entourage will spend in New England, money that could have been spent down South. But perhaps the Obamas have a certain impression of the South, and Southerners, that it and they are a bit beneath them. Oh, well, a president can go where he/she wants, regardless of sensitivities.

Then, too, it’s likely that those nice family vacation photo ops would be upstaged by the spectacle of oil rigs leaving for the Middle East and Latin America due to the Obama 6 month moratorium. Why stick around when you can make other countries rich?

Well, at least "Bite Me" Biden hasn't lost his sense of humor. He's still out on the campaign trail flogging the imaginary 3 or 4 million jobs that disappear and re-appear, but only in the minds of Obamacrats. There seems to be little confidence in the imaginary jobs because the paychecks, too, must be imaginary. So you can take the imaginary wages from your imaginary job to an imaginary store and buy imaginary groceries.

Well, there was a short-lived sucker's rally on Wall Street--but now it's dropped back to double-dip recession territory. Juicing the markets with taxpayer money doesn't make the money real but the debt is....

Housing is worse than ever, with another million foreclosures looming. Is there a single thing which has worked in this administration? The Predator Drone program's the only success I can credit Obama with-- Oh, but that one he inherited from the Bush administration.

Obama Logic : An Obscure and Recondite Reasoning Process

There is a new branch of philosophy “which owes its origins to President Obama. It is called Obamalogic. We weren’t quite sure what it was and so we looked it up in Webster’s.
Obamalogic means the application of an abstruse and recondite system of reasoning to convince the voting public that fiction is better than fact when confronting urgent civil issues. Webster’s provides several examples:
Sanctuary cities: This benign and innocuous term is often favored by Obamalogicians who believe that countries should not have borders. A Sanctuary city is much like a “caliphate” in that they interpose a law (liberal sharia) which goes beyond border limits. Obamalogicians say that it is okay for local municipalities to countermand existing federal law so long as the intent is for the greater good of those who are not citizens of the United States.
Creating or Saving 4 Million Jobs: This may seem a mathematical impossibility considering that unemployment under the Obama administration has risen from 8 percent to nearly 10 percent, even with the massive failed “stimulus” plan ushered in by the guileless soon-to-be-ex-president. What seems impossible, however, can be attained through the magic of vice-presidential fantasizing, and who better to fantasize than Joe “Bite Me” Biden? When your numbers don’t add up, there’s no need to be frustrated or vote for a change of government. You need to “bidenize” them. A little Kool-aid would help, too.
Stay tuned for more examples. Perhaps you have examples from your own point of vie

Pelosi Spanks Obama Press Secretary Gibbs

Could Nancy Pelosi have been any more demeaning to Obama Press Secretary Robert Gibbs? MSNBC reports that Pelosi dissed Gibbs when she exploded at Gibbs’ remarks that Democrats could lose the House.

“I don’t even know this guy! Who is he to say we could lose the House?”

That’s a close approximation of what Pelosi said anyway, but saying she doesn’t know Gibbs means Pelosi is telling the world Gibbs is a nobody. That’s the worst public humiliation in recent history. I’ve never been a Gibbs fan but that remark makes me feel truly sorry for him. He doesn’t deserve that for all his hard work.

So where’s Pelosi been if she doesn’t know Gibbs? Sniffing pate de fois gras at elite California soirees? Or getting a butt massage from her House Spa sychophants….

Daily Beast Says Teddy Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson are "Progressives."

I’m frustrated. No matter how whacky this blog gets, I can never compete with the whacky elite on the better known political blogs. There’s a jack-wad on “The Daily Beast” named Peter Beinart who thinks America is lucky to have a president who is politically to the right of hard-core Marxist ideologues.

“There are vibrant progressive organizations, from Moveon.org to SEIU, but they are part of the Democratic Party; there is no powerful grassroots movement that stands outside the two-party system calling for revolutionary change. No one believes, as many did in the mid-1930s and mid-1960s, that if presidential reform fails, blood will spill in the streets. From Theodore Roosevelt to Franklin Roosevelt to Lyndon Johnson, American progressivism has historically occupied what Arthur Schlesinger famously called “the vital center,” a bulwark against the anti-democratic ideologies of both left and right. Except that today, powerful left-wing ideologies barely exist, and so large numbers of Americans can genuinely believe that Barack Obama is a socialist, if not a totalitarian. Luckily for them, and unluckily for progressives who want dramatic change, America no longer features the real thing.”

Oh, pity! My, aren’t we lucky? And he homogenizes presidents like TR, FDR and LBJ into one generalized term while waving the flag of “progressivism.” Teddy Roosevelt? LBJ? Progressives? One can only imagine the howling and whining there would be if today’s SEIU, “progressive” Democrats, the New Black Panther Party, the CAIR would have TR or LBJ as president instead of the current Crybaby-In-Chief.

Obama Lawsuit Against America in Arizona

President Obama’s team wants to play “hardball.” Realizing that Americans think many of Obama’s policies stink, and will remember the stink when they vote in November, the administration is shoving as much through the pipe as it can.
If hardball’s the game, then the Obama idiotologists better be prepared to catch as well as pitch. Obama’s team continues to think they are going to “educate” us with yet more speeches, more “czars, ” or more bureaucracy. They wonder why we “don’t get it” even while many Democrats have figured out there’s nothing to be “got.” It seems that many of the Republicans are too fat, too bamboozled, too intimidated , or too weak to help Americans under attack by the Obama administration.
Eric Holder still hasn’t disavowed holding terror trials in New York, though he has most certainly decided against it. Why doesn’t he come right out and say it? His ego is much too large, for one thing, and too gigantic to fit into that tiny head of his.
And Eric Holder has been busy. He and the Prez are in private sessions on how to get America bound up in the recondite reaches of profligate lawsuits. The most important thing in the world for Obama/Holder is win the lawsuit against Arizona. It’s a lawsuit about nothing, but it doesn’t matter. It’s an expensive lawsuit against America’s federal laws, but that doesn’t matter either. What matters is that he gins up the passions of the factional crowds he has engendered.
My parents are naturalized immigrants. What they had to go through to become citizens! With an immigrant friend, I went recently to a naturalization ceremony in Philadelphia. I was astounded at how much money it cost them, how much time, and how much effort. My friend’s eyes pop out at the notion that you could just walk across the border and disappear into America and then Obama and his crowd will demagogue a Naturalization Séance for 12 million illegals. While drugs, illegals, and who knows what violence crosses the border daily!
While we must respect the person of Obama and we must respect the presidency, we cannot respect the harm and the shame he brings upon America for just a few more thousand votes. African-Americans are abandoning him, but it surprises me that so many continue to hang on for no other reason than thin air, complexion, and dream weaving. The city neighborhoods, just like the suburbs, are being killed by crime and record high unemployment and deteriorating infrastructure even with the massive overspending they call “stimulus. “
The Obama administration continues to juggle racial suspicions in the air, hoping for something that will happen to cover up the stink of his policies. And so, we have must spend millions on a federal lawsuit against Arizona and millions of other Americans. It’s the focus! The important thing! Bit your lip, gaze far off in the distance, and strike a presidential pose for the TV cameras! Onward!

President Obama Seeks Path to Citizenship for Self and Other Illegal Aliens

The following is a paragraph from the Obama speech today:

“… we’ve always defined ourselves as a nation of immigrants -- a nation that welcomes those willing to embrace America’s precepts. Indeed, it is this constant flow of immigrants that helped to make America what it is. The scientific breakthroughs of Albert Einstein, the inventions of Nikola Tesla, the great ventures of Andrew Carnegie’s U.S. Steel and Sergey Brin’s Google, Inc. -– all this was possible because of immigrants.”
Those are Obama’s words in his immigration speech today. He seems to have left out a word. Correct that first line to mean a “nation of L-E-G-A-L immigrants.” Having had everything handed to him on a silver platter, Obama has no clue to what my parents and grandparents (and millions of others) had to go through on Ellis Island and afterward. They were legal immigrants. And so are millions of others. And so are Einstein, Tesla, and Brin.
The fact is that Obama is only seeking the Latino vote. Obama would have deported Einstein, Tesla, and Brin in a hot minute, you can be sure, just as he deported my very intelligent Russian friend Alexei Vorobyov in December of 2009.
Obama has a Democrat controlled Congress. Obama could pass whatever bill he likes about immigration. Instead, he wants to make speeches. In his speech today, he left something out. A bill, a proposal, a set of specifics. On the other hand, Obama preferred to ostracize Arizona, a state which has unfortunately been abandoned by the federal government.
Of course, there is a hidden agenda to all this. Obama is hoping that his Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, will relieve him of the importunate questions regarding his birth certificate. In short, Obama wants a pathway to citizenship for himself, and the votes of illegal aliens who he invites to stream across the border.

Obama Immigration Speech Beamed Down from Planet X-(cuse)

Obama seems to have cracked under the pressure; he seems completely out of his mind. His speech about immigration reform seemed to have been beamed down from another planet, not the one common people live upon.
“We have delivered on the promise of health care,” he says.
We have? Where is it then? Our kid is over 18 and under 26 and the insurance company still tells us there’s no health care for her. Is there anyone who has health care due to the bill the Democrats forced through? I don’t think so. ObamaCare is supposed to “kick in” at some future date but the only kicking will be the kick we get in the ass as people realize it’s rationed and that the docs aren’t going for it.
More of his b.s. concerns education “reform.” Nice try, I guess he hasn’t heard about the violent shootings among students in the Chicago ‘hoods. Chicago tries to bar legal citizens from having guns but it seems to be okay for thugs to have them b/c no one says a word for fear of offending the self-annointed King of B.S.
The so-called “finance reform” doesn’t reform his pals at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the institutional welfare agency for Democrat political hacks which dispenses millions to Obama’s supporters. Oh, and I forgot to mention that these 2 agencies tanked the housing market, which this month dropped 30 percent, thanks to Obamanomics.
According to Obama, everything is “fundamentally broken” --by the Bush administration. Obama doesn’t get that people are running away from him in droves. If it’s “fundamentally broken,” then please don’t fix it! You fixed the economy, Obama, and promised that if you dumped all that money into it, unemployment wouldn’t go higher than 8 percent. Well, duh! Now that it’s 10 percent, Obama keeps digging the same hole and wants to drop more taxpayer money down the bottomless pit of his fantasy gold mine.
Now Obama says he wants to “fix” immigration. You lie, Obama! Translation—“I’m desperate for votes; my popularity is sinking.” He’s worried he’ll lose the House and then the presidency two years later. Don’t fix immigration, Barack, enforce the existing laws and help the border states. Stop fighting against America and help America!

Gilad Shalit Completes Fourth Year of Hamas Captivity - Associated Content - associatedcontent.com

Gilad Shalit Completes Fourth Year of Hamas Captivity Hamas continues to prevent the International Red Cross from any contact with prisoner Gilad Shalit. Haaretz also reports that a Hamas “lawmaker” told a Hamas newspaper that the International Red Cross did not take the “military reality into account” when they made repeated requests to have contact with the Hamas kidnap victim. No doubt. Perhaps it is a cultural misunderstanding on the part of those who don’t approve of the segregation and psychological torture of prisoners as Hamas does.

Democrats Love Petraeus After Hating on Him

It's really a riot to hear libs singing the praises of the new top general of the Afghanistan war. It wasn't long ago they were attacking a full page newspaper ad featuring Petraeus and the Iraq surge. Rush Limbaugh yesterday played an entire series of tapes featuring prominent Democrats like Pelosi and Hillary Clinton back when the surge was being contemplated. The audio tapes on the Limbaugh show would have made you laugh if they weren't so pathetic and dangerous.

Petraeus was lying about the surge, said top Democrats. Petraeus was spinning the facts on the ground. Iraq could never have its own government without Saddam Hussein. Innocents were being slain! Then there was Vice President Joe "Bite Me" Biden declaiming that Iraq was lost and that Petraeus was both liar and loser.

And now you don't hear Obama complaining about the "General I inherited" from the Bush Administration. It's truly disgusting how these toadies are now playing up to Petraeus, anything to find a way to call this an Obama "master-stroke" (Newsweek's words) when it was a serious no-brainer.

What hypocrisy!

General McChrystal Drops Bombs in Rolling Stone Profile

Hell hath no fury like a President criticized. Beginning with George Washington, America’s had a tradition of civilian control of the military, and it is a good tradition. However, even in Washington’s day, several of Washington’s generals were openly critical of the leadership of the man who played a large part in establishing America as an independent nation.
The difference is that, in those days, there were no Rolling Stone reporters following you around. Worse, the Rolling Stone reporters were trapped with McChyrstal in Europe when the volcano made it impossible to fly back to the U.S. Much of the information in the Rolling Stone article comes from military aides to McChrystal, who also must have missed the lesson on military etiquette.
Make no mistake though, General McChrystal was firing out of both barrels when he exhibited a great deal of contempt for the political team running the Afghanistan war.

Rahm Emmanuel Leads the Pack in Run from White House

The bloggers are all atwitter with the news/rumor that Rahm Emmanuel is jumping ship from the Obama administration. Apparently the panic is spreading. Just now, Fox News reported that Peter Orzag was also splitting from Obama to make his way down the road.

I don't see where it's such big news about Rahm Emmanuel leaving. It was more or less predictable, more a question of how long he'd last. But Peter Orzag, Budget Director? That kind of exposes the bare underbelly of Obamarithmetic. In other words, Orzag couldn't make the numbers add up the way the Messiah wanted them to.

Call it Numerophobia.

White House Focused on Managing Politics of Gulf Oil Spill

Repeat After Me: Bush Responsible for BP Oil Spill... and so forth.

Have you got it memorized yet? That President Bush is responsible for the Gulf Oil Spill? Not a day goes by that Obama or one of his officials doesn’t mention it, and it was Nanny Pelosi’s turn yesterday. Pelosi’s already had her turn several times already, though. The Administration seems to think that the only defense against criticism of its failure to lead is bluster.

It’s kind of like that old table-pounding theory. When you’re a defense lawyer (and the current administration is full of lawyers, from the Lawyer-in-Chief on down) and all the evidence is against you, from eyewitnesses to DNA, you can only pound the table to make your case.

The evidence in this case is an absence of leadership. Down in D.C., they’re making it up as it goes along, according to the polls and the press clippings. If the media, Gulf politicians, and even the members of your own party complain that the President has appeared to take refuge in the Ivory Tower, then you arrange scripted public appearances where, at the advice of people like Rahm Emmanuel and David Axelrod, you make what policy wonks think are salty references. So the President says he’s been “finding out whose *ss to kick.”

The trouble with that strategy is that the President seems to have left out a qualifier. The President should have said he was “finding out whose *ss NOT to kick,” because as things go, there’s not an American butt anywhere which hasn’t already been kicked by this administration. And that includes the crayfish, the shrimp, and the water ducks who struggle in the muck. It’s more than painful to watch, and just as painful to watch the confusion and the mix of messages from the White House.

Or maybe the problem is entirely with the White House grammar. After all, the words “Gulf” and “golf” do bear a resemblance. Imagine how it would play in the media if President Bush, the man responsible for the BP Oil Spill, would take the afternoon off to play “Gulf.”

Helen Thomas Resigns From Hearst Newspapers

It was resign or get fired. Even Robert Gibbs noticed and criticizes her bigotry in telling Jews to "go home" to Poland and Germany. The worst part of it is that Helen Thomas seems too dotty and bigoted to know where home actually is for the jews.

But I can hear it now. Democrats will adopt the same "business as usual" attitude toward anti-semitism that they have adopted toward corruption in the subornation of the election process.

"This is nothing unusual," they say.

Nothing unusual for some, apparently, but the hypocritical liberal elite with its reverse racism and latent anti-semitism has subconsciously cultivated the Helen Thomases of the world. So it's not unusual in this business as usual White House model to hear from some in the White House Press Corps some of the same things you hear from Erdogan of Turkey, and from Ahmadinajad or Iran, or from Assad in Syria.

Helen Thomas' jihad has finally been outed, boiled over to the point where it couldn't any longer be swept under the rug. But the underlying stench still remains, in the soft encouragement the WHite House has provided to our enemies in Iran, Syria, and the Hamas Central Command in Gaza--all at the expense of our true friend, the successful Democratic state of Israel.

New Jersey Men Arrested on Terrorism Charges

Did you ever notice how infrequently the media coverage makes any distinction between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration? It’s absolutely whacky how illegal immigrants get an avalanche of attention while legal immigrants are left to wander the labyrinth of bureaucracy, travail, and financial cost with hardly an ounce of recognition or sympathy.

I was listening to a recording of one of the two New Jersey losers who were arrested at the airport on terrorism charges. The MSNBC (think Mindless, Sick, Nuts, Blind, and Cracked) Administration News Outlet in its stuttering, redundant way, has mentioned at least 25 times that the two jihadis are American citizens. The one guy’s age 20, and sounds stupid and guttural as he talks about cutting off American’s heads to get their attention. It was reported his parents were Jordanian immigrants. The other guy, from Jamaica, has been “naturalized” but by what process? By lying under oath to pledge allegiance to the U.S.?

The immigration authorities need to get serious about the immigration process. They need to stop illegal immigrants from voting in our elections. I can prove they do so, but no one’s interested. I’m not holding out hope that the Obama administration will anything except the opposite of what is needed. Just what is the policy on immigration? More basically, is there a policy or is it just made up to suit the headlines du jour?

Hamas’ Propaganda Ship Nudges International Israel Haters

The world-wide knee-jerk reaction to the Israeli action against the Hate Ship is predictable. Many governments have fallen victim to leftist and Islamic propaganda and were just looking for such an opportunity to condemn Israel.
The Israeli action on the ship was a bit clumsy, but that was because it was timid in concept. The Israeli Navy should have treated the ship as what it was, a hostile venture aimed at breaking the blockade. Commandos with paintball guns? I know that all of the people aboard the ship were not terrorists, and that some were just useful idiots, but none of those people had peaceful motives.

Peaceful motives would have recognized that Iran and other countries were funneling rockets to Gaza, and that those rockets would be aimed at Israel. The useful idiots have to take responsibility for their actions. The “humanitarian aid” was just a pretense, as the Israelis would have delivered any humanitarian cargo the ship contained.

Tipper Gore Kicks Al Gore to the Curb

Could anyone be more boring than Al Gore? Tipper believes not, and though it was announced last month that the Gores bought a 9 million dollar home on the California Coast, it wasn't enough to compensate for Al Gore's terminal odiousness. Tipper's been embarrassed by hubby Al ever since that dopey/sloppy kiss at the 2000 political convention.

Well, you've got to give Al Gore lots of credit for figuring out how to scam millions from the global warming fiasco. Even as he buys those giant homes with their energy absorbing luxury comforts, and even as he belches carbon from his private jets, he's got plain folks feeling plenty guilty if they turn the heat up past 60 in the winter.

So Al Gore and Tipper Gore are parting ways, leaving Al to cruise the California coast for younger chicks. Get a clue though, Al, you're going to have to lose the paunch. Why don't you sign up for one of those fat farms where they make you park your jet for a while and blubber around the indoor track?

Oh, and if you should get lucky flashing your millions around Montecito, don't start talking to the girl about "global warming." She'll think you're weird. Well, you are weird, but... well, you know...pretend...you know how to pretend, don't you?

Al Qaeda’s #3 Al Masri Killed in Predator Drone Strike

Al Qaeda’s #3 man El-Said Al Masri was taken out in a Predatory drone strike in Pakistan. The stepped up Predator drone strikes must be credited to President Obama, and they have been effective in shattering the Al Qaeda organizational structure. Pakistan’s cooperation with the White House/Military plan must also be credited, so the combined effort has put unprecedented pressure on the Al Qaeda leadership. The AQ leadership hasn’t been as much on its ass since Bin Laden was pushed out of Tora Bora on the ass of a donkey.

Still, this doesn’t prevent MSM media types like Tom Brokaw from uttering their favored banal, hackneyed, repetitive, and trite liberal chant: “Every time a terrorist is killed, another one takes his place,” the saying goes. It has many variations, but none are worth hearing.
Since 6 number 3 Bin Laden aides have been killed, I guess AQ will soon be getting down to hiring handicapped teens straight from the madrassas for the number 3 slot. AQ may have the capability of setting off bombs in crowded areas, but it is not the organization it would be if it had not had its ass kicked violently, and for a long time. Cowardly People who murder civilians a la Tanzania and Kenya, or New York, Spain or London, are perfect for visits by the “Reaper.”

The world is slowly turning against terror, and less susceptible to the anti-west Islamofacist propaganda, the Tom Brokaws and lesser acolytes notwithstanding. The idea that the U.S. and its anti-terror allies should be engaged in social work with humanity’s enemies rather than in killing them is laughable and weak. The only thing that would help AQ and its terror allies is if the objective becomes confused and self-flagellating.
