Pennsylvania Cell Phone Ban While Driving Needed - Yahoo! NewsSeveral weeks later, I called the offices of our local representatives in the Pa. state Assembly. I spoke to aides in the offices of newly elected Rosemary Brown and veteran Mario Scavello and requested support for a cell phone ban. As yet, it has not been made clear to me whether Reps. Brown and Scavello would support cell phone and texting restrictions.
