Increase in Uninsured Motorists a Hazard of the Recession - Yahoo! NewsTwo days before Christmas, I was on a country road driving behind an elementary school bus. The bus flashed red warning lights, and stopped to let out children. The line of cars, with me in the lead, stopped behind the bus. This happened twice, without event. When the bus stopped to let out children for the third time, a teen driver slammed into me from behind.
