DNA Identifies Third Victim of Kensington, Pa., Strangler - Yahoo! NewsBy conventional standards, it has taken long for national public attention to focus on the man believed to be Philadelphia's Kensington Strangler. The Kensington Strangler recently murdered his third victim, Casey Maloney, whose last known address was in the Poconos, near East Stroudsburg. As with other murder victims, Maloney was sexually assaulted and strangled to death earlier this month.
