Abdulmutallab has only unbuttoned his lip because of the decency and good sense of his family members who requested help from intelligence services. Brennan’s brain is AWOL on this. He puffs a little legalese that “'in FBI custody' means that there's a process then you follow as far as Mirandizing and presenting him in front of a magistrate." Oooh! Maybe they’ll get President Obama’s Webeloes Badge. The AG should have put the terrorist into the hands of the proper intelligence services and provided him a one-way ticket to Guantanamo. In fact, the Obama administration sheltered Abdulmutallab from U.S. Intelligence chiefs.
All this mind-numbing Brennan chatter is groundwork for the administration’s “Let’s Make a Deal” program, soon to be announced. Humane treatment of prisoners is one thing. Imposed stupidity from on high is another.
