Khalid Sheikh Mohammad On Trial for 3,000 Murders

Now that six defendants will be put on trial for the 9-11 attacks, I suppose some Democrats will come to the conclusion that putting these men on trial will create more terrorists and precipitate further terrorist attacks. Somewhere in the twisted labyrinth of certain minds, this will become a fulcrum and turning point which will lead to the conclusion that evidence of murdering 3000 people and planning the WTC attacks should be thrown out because Khalid Sheikh Mohammad was waterboarded. Remember, that this is the man who boasted he personally beheaded Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl for the TV cameras. The thought that Khalid might have been waterboarded brings tears to my eyes—of joy. I oppose waterboarding, but not in this case.
