New York politicians have in common these days, it's outrage over the costs of Superstorm Sandy. Messrs. Schumer, Cuomo, King and others have levied blistering attacks on
Congress for delaying a vote on the Sandy package. New Jersey Gov.
Chris Christie directed an ad hominem attack on
House Speaker John Boehner, who confronted "fiscal cliff" issues while delaying the
Sandy relief bill. The Congress today takes on the $9 billion FEMA replenishment part of the bill. On Jan. 15, it will take up an additional $51 billion package with contents largely unknown. Let's look at some facts:
